BP Weekly Newsletter 4-28-2023

Superstar Families,

It was a great week and we are looking forward to our 5th grade performance of Shrek Jr. next week! I want to remind everyone that Flying High Night is this Saturday and please contact the BPC for more information.

It is hard to believe there are only five weeks of school left and it is important to continue to work hard each and every day in school. There are a few items before the weekend:

Girl Scout Book Drive (Extended)

Let Girl Scout Troop 56053 help you with your Spring cleaning!  We would love to take your gently used children's books and give them a second chance to be enjoyed.  During National Library week, May 1-May5th, we are collecting picture books, graphic novels, middle grade novels and nonfiction books.  The donated books will benefit the Brook Park library, Classrooms and SCARCE.  See flyer for more information.

BrightBytes Survey

We are partnering with BrightBytes, an educational research and analytics company, in order to learn more about our students’ school and home technology use for learning.

We are reaching out to ask you to take part in our District 95 BrightBytes questionnaire. Your participation is essential in helping us form a more complete picture of technology use for learning in your students’ lives. Please know that all of your responses will remain anonymous to protect your privacy and they will help your child's school make the best technology decisions for their classrooms. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

The last day to complete this questionnaire is Monday, May 1, 2023

Please go to: www.BByt.es/FU8YP

All students in grades 3-5 will be taking a survey during Digital Media Class over the next two weeks.

Thank you for taking part in this important process!
