Parent Blast 3-24-23
We had a terrific week at Brook Park including a great show performed last night by our very talented and energetic first graders. We had a fun filled day today with the 5th grade egg drop, 5th grade basketball march madness and 3rd grade multiplication madness. I want to remind everyone that we are on spring break next week and we return to school Monday, April 3rd. There are a few important items before spring break:
Enrollment Planning 23-24:
We will soon at Brook Park be putting together placements for next year and planning for enrollment for the 23-24 school year.
We are asking all of our parents/guardians of all of our students (K-5) to complete this quick survey regarding your enrollment plans for next year. The due date to complete is Friday, April 14th. Thank you and let us know if you have any questions.
K-Kids Shoe Drive
K-Kids is close to reaching their goal for the shoe drive! We're extending the collection deadline to April 7. We’re collecting all types of shoes: sneakers, boots, dress shoes, sandals, athletic and casual shoes. The collection runs Feb. 27th through March 24th. There will be collection bins for each grade level as well as bins at Door 1 and Door 21. Over spring break, clean out your closets and bring in some shoes!
SEL Blurb:
This week, students in kindergarten through fifth grade spent time learning more about perspective taking. Learn more about perspective taking here!
